Our stencils are made from 3 mil or 4 mil mylar with a low power co2 laser.

Laser cut mylar stencils. The stencils are just a piece of thin plastic with a bunch of holes cut in it. The finest pitch we can handle is approximately 0 5 mm and we strongly recommend that fine pitch stencils be cut from the 3 mil mylar. The adhesive will prevent the detached mylar pieces from being blown around during the cutting process.

There is no frame squeegee or solder paste included. I use 120um mylar films rotate the stencil by 45deg and run the laser in raster mode.
